Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, and software solutions sales. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, client relationship management, project coordination, and sales presentations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, handling client requirements, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales activities for IT services and software solutions.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT/software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Deliver effective PPT presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handling and delivery.
- Handle project discussions, requirement gathering, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, quotations, and business documents.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Software Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and cold calling.
- Experience in handling client requirements and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in conducting PPT presentations and software demonstrations.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
