Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage job postings, and handle employee onboarding/induction.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HRIS systems, and handle documentation with high confidentiality.
- Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll, administer benefits, and maintain compensation records.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance & Compliance: Implement performance review procedures, update HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor legislation
- Required Skills
Experience: Previous experience as an HR Executive or relevant role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS software. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Time-to-hire and quality of hire. Employee retention and turnover rates. Payroll accuracy and timely compliance
