Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to lead operations at our state-of-the-art jet engine manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards, driving operational excellence, and leading a diverse workforce toward achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational leadership: Manage end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Quality assurance: Ensure adherence to international aerospace standards and certifications.
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategies for efficiency, cost optimization, and innovation.
- Team management: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets.
- Safety compliance: Uphold strict safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in aerospace or heavy engineering.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale production facilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
