Vardan Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our residential and industrial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, project launches, branding, and lead generation while working closely with the sales team to maximize conversions and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining an optimal cost per lead (CPL).
- Improve the customer journey from lead generation to site visit and booking.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Project Launch & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for new project launches.
- Create teaser campaigns, pre-launch buzz, launch events, and influencer collaborations.
- Build compelling project positioning and storytelling.
- Ensure successful launch campaigns that drive awareness and inquiries.
Inventory Marketing
- Develop marketing strategies for slow-moving inventory.
- Execute remarketing campaigns and limited-time promotional offers.
- Manage broker engagement and referral campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve inventory movement.
Branding & Creative Management
- Lead the development of brochures, advertisements, digital creatives, videos, and site branding.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all online and offline platforms.
- Create compelling campaign messaging and communication strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, ROI, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use marketing data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Vendor & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Work closely with Sales, CRM, and Management for campaign execution.
- Oversee offline marketing activities including hoardings, site branding, and promotional events.
CSR & Brand Building
- Plan and execute CSR initiatives aligned with the company's brand values.
- Organize community engagement activities, festival campaigns, and indirect branding initiatives.
- Develop long-term brand visibility beyond paid advertising.
Real Estate Marketing
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to increase site visits and customer engagement.
- Support channel partner marketing initiatives.
- Assist the sales team with conversion-focused campaigns.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Experience in real estate marketing preferred.
- Knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in project launches, branding, and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and campaign optimization.
