Roles & Responsibilties:
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers, AI Engineers, UI/UX Designers, QA Analysts, and WordPress Developers to deliver high-quality features for the DocTutorials platform
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack solutions integrating self-hosted LLM, RAG pipelines, and AI-powered tools for intelligent tutoring, content generation, and adaptive learning
- Define technical roadmap, best practices, coding standards, and architecture for Django backend, React/Next.js frontend, and self-hosted AI components
- Oversee end-to-end development, integration, testing, and deployment of AI features while ensuring high performance, data privacy, and educational value for medical students
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and AI teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables and prioritize backlog
- Manage project timelines, risks, resource allocation, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Skills to Have:
- Strong EdTech Domain experience
- Hands-on experience in designing and scaling self-hosted LLM & RAG systems for education
- Proven leadership in building AI-powered learning platforms
- Deep expertise in self-hosted AI stack (vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vLLM/Ollama, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Fine-tuning open-weight LLMs on medical/educational content
- Experience with multimodal AI and agentic workflows
- Strong knowledge of medical education (MBBS, NEET-PG, CBME curriculum)
- AWS Cloud Services and infrastructure management
- Agile/Scrum methodologies and team mentoring
Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
