A Ground Coordinator (Night Shift) in a warehouse is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day warehouse activities and ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time.
Picking: Coordinate the team to pick the correct products/items from the warehouse according to orders.
Packing: Ensure picked items are properly packed, labelled, and prepared for dispatch.
Sorting: Supervise sorting of shipments according to destination, route, or delivery location.
Loading & Dispatch: Coordinate with the loading team and ensure shipments are loaded correctly and dispatched on time.
Team Coordination: Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor their performance during the night shift.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
