The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. - Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels according to established procedures.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, carpets, and hard surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, such as toiletries, stationery, and complimentary items.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaky faucets, non-functional lights) and report them promptly to the supervisor or maintenance department.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a neat and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed.
