Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles using multiple platforms and internal databases.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer letters and onboarding.
Build talent pipelines, conduct reference checks, and collaborate with hiring managers on requirements.
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and optimize strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote diversity in hiring.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
