Qualification
Degree in any discipline
Preferred Skillset
Experience in People Management in KPO/BPO (Non voice process) involving day to day monitoring & mentoring the team members.
Experience in Project Management involving in Customer Service, Resource Management & Quality Management
Experience in Managing a Process independently along with a small team of 5 to 10 members
Experience in front ending the Customers to understand the requirement and delivering the Project to customer satisfaction.
Good in Oral & Written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Emails / Excel / Word / Presentation) is a must
Work experience in hospital under Procurement / IT / Clinical support / Material Management will be an added advantage.
