JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)
- Ensure timely preventive and installation services as per the defined schedule.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service visits and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with the finance team for credit and payment management.
- Exhibit good communication, technical knowledge, and adaptability for traveling and handling diverse customer situations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRA)
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits for customer equipment as per schedule.
- Perform installation visits and support promotion activities for accessories and assurance products.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and demonstrate products to customers.
- Update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain serial number intelligence records.
- Handle credit control and payment follow-up for machines, assurance contracts, and spares.
