Marketing Manager - Strategic planning& Marketing
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing strategies for our textile showroom. The role includes managing marketing activities, developing promotional strategies, understanding customer and market trends, and supporting business growth. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, guiding, and monitoring the marketing staff, setting targets, reviewing their performance, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in textile, fashion, retail, jewellery, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a complete marketing function/team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, creative thinking, and decision-making skills.
