Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to generate bookings for our vacation rentals and villas.
- Explain property features, amenities, locations, and pricing to prospective guests.
- Convert inquiries from various channels into confirmed reservations by providing excellent sales and customer service.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to maximize booking conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM or reservation system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
- Cross-sell and upsell services such as airport transfers, early check-in, late check-out, and special experiences where applicable.
- Coordinate with the Reservations and Operations teams to ensure availability and seamless guest experiences.
- Address customer queries regarding policies, payment procedures, and booking terms.
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends and share insights with management.
- Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate within company guidelines to close sales.
- Ensure timely collection of booking confirmations and payments as per company policy.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update management on lead status and conversion performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
