Export Marketing Executive – Vendor Registration (Middle East)
Industry: Manufacturing / Pipes & Tubes / Engineering
Handle vendor registration with major companies in Middle East countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, etc.)
Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents, technical dossiers, and compliance documents
Coordinate with internal departments (QA/QC, Production, Finance) for required certifications and documents
Maintain database of registered vendors, renewal dates, and documentation status
Identify new vendor registration opportunities through portals and market research
Manage registrations on platforms like Ariba, SAP, Vendor Portals, ADNOC, SABIC, PDO, etc.
Follow up with clients for approval status and documentation gaps.
Support export marketing team in lead generation and business development.
Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, IBR, ASTM, etc.)
Handle communication with overseas clients professionally
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Commerce, or Engineering
2–5 years of experience in export marketing or vendor registration
Knowledge of Middle East market and vendor registration processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)
Preferred Skills:
Experience in pipes, tubes, steel, or engineering products
Knowledge of EPC companies and oil & gas sector
Ability to handle multiple registrations simultaneously
