Job Title: Site Supervisor – Luxury Interiors

About the Role
At Aristo Atelier we deliver bespoke, high-end interior projects where precision and finish define the client experience. We're looking for a Site Supervisor to own end-to-end execution of our premium residential projects - turning signed-off designs into flawlessly finished homes.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end execution of premium residential projects, from design handover to final delivery
- Ensure work matches drawings and BOQ to the last detail across civil, carpentry, electrical, and finishing stages
- Coordinate contractors and vendors, keeping every stage on schedule and on spec
- Catch and correct discrepancies before client walkthroughs and masking
- Maintain daily progress reporting and quality checks at every milestone
- Represent our standards during on-site client interactions
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- 2–4 years supervising fit-out execution, ideally on luxury residential or premium commercial projects
- Sharp eye for finish quality and an instinct for catching issues early
- Strong vendor coordination skills

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
