Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant (CA Firm background preferred) to lead core accounting, taxation, payroll, and financial reporting functions. This role requires strong expertise in compliance, returns, and financial analysis, along with the ability to handle end-to-end accounting operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and reconciliations
- Handle TDS compliance, filings, and returns
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements
✔ Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform absolute returns analysis and financial performance tracking
- MIS reporting and variance analysis for management
✔ Payroll & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and salary disbursement
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and labor laws
- Handle employee reimbursements and final settlements
✔ Investment & Portfolio Management
- Manage company mutual fund investments and portfolios
- Track returns, prepare reports, and assist in financial decision-making
✔ Books of Accounts & Controls
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Perform bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
✔ Audit & Regulatory Coordination
- Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants
- Ensure audit readiness and timely closure of audit observations
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- B.Com (mandatory)
- CA Inter / Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance (preferred)
Experience
- 5–8+ years in accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Prior experience in a CA firm or audit firm is highly preferred
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in GST & TDS returns and compliance
- Hands-on experience in payroll and salary processing
- Knowledge of financial reporting, MIS, and analysis
- Understanding of mutual funds and portfolio tracking
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and Advanced Excel

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
