Job Description
Prolife Cancer Centre & Research Institute is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Cinematographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos that showcase our hospital services, patient awareness initiatives, doctor interviews, events, and digital marketing campaigns.
This role requires strong storytelling abilities, technical expertise in video production, and a keen eye for visual detail. The candidate should be comfortable working in a healthcare environment and creating engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in videography, cinematography, or video production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and storytelling techniques.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing and branding purposes.
- Create doctor interviews, patient awareness videos, treatment explainers, event coverage, and promotional content.
- Develop engaging reels, short-form videos, and social media content.
- Manage camera equipment, lighting, audio, and other production tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video campaigns.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the hospital's brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Capture photographs and video footage during hospital events and activities.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of video and photo assets.
- Stay updated with the latest videography trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.
