Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Developer who will design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, and cloud services and custom development using JavaScript and NodeJS.
This role combines hands-on development and leadership with solution architecture responsibilities, especially for AI-driven business automation and digital transformation use cases.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and leadership to translate business problems into scalable, secure, and AI-enabled application architectures and process flows.
Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry for text generation, summarization, classification, extraction, and AI agents.
Build intelligent document processing solutions using Azure Document Intelligence / Encoding for extraction, validation, and automated document generation.
Architect AI workflows and prompt strategies integrated into business processes and automation pipelines.
Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions covering frontend interfaces, automation layers, AI services, and backend systems (Node.js).
Create and manage required Azure infrastructure (AI services, App Registrations, Storage, Security) with a strong focus on security, compliance, and cost optimization.
Enable automation and orchestration using platforms like Power Automate / Power Apps where applicable, without being limited to Power Platform.
Act as a technical lead—conduct solution design reviews, define reusable AI patterns, mentor developers, and translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures.
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-driven applications and intelligent automation solutions.
Strong experience with Azure OpenAI and/or Azure AI services (model consumption, prompt engineering, AI agents).
Practical experience in intelligent document processing using Azure Document Intelligence, Encodian, or similar tools.
Solid programming experience in Node.js, Python, or equivalent backend technologies.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
Working knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Registrations, Storage, Security, AI services) with security and cost-awareness.
Exposure to workflow orchestration / automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate or similar) is a plus.
Strong understanding of AI solution architecture, scalability, error handling, and governance.
Ability to translate business problems into practical, production-ready AI solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders, developers, and architects.
