- Monitor attendance data across all sites using biometric systems, rosters, or manual logs.
- Ensure timely filing of PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), professional tax, and factory/shop act renewals.
- Distribute compliance documents, approved licenses, and filed returns to respective sites for local filing and mandatory display.
- Conduct regular internal audits to find and fix compliance gaps.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
