Job Title: US Commercial IT Recruiter
Location: Mohali, Sector 83 (Onsite)
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
About the Role
InfoStride Technologies is looking for a motivated US Commercial IT Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and placing qualified IT professionals for US Commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Commercial IT requirements.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to fulfill client requirements within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Eligibility
- 6 Months – 4 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Commercial Requirements).
- Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
