Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and skilled Speech Therapists to join Little Spark as part-time freelance consultants. This is an opportunity to work flexibly, expand your reach, and generate additional income without the need for a physical clinic or infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children
- Design and deliver personalized therapy sessions
- Provide guidance and progress updates to parents
- Collaborate with the Little Spark platform for tracking milestones and outcomes
- Maintain professional documentation and session notes
Who We’re Looking For
- Certified Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children (early intervention preferred)
- Strong communication and parent-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a digital/remote-enabled environment
- Self-driven and interested in building an independent practice alongside Little Spark
Engagement Model
- Freelance / Consultant-based
- Revenue-sharing model (earn based on sessions/engagement)
- Work remotely or in a hybrid mode as preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
