Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for Luxury Real Estate Projects in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for leading luxury sales operations, managing high-value client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for luxury residential and premium real estate projects.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
- Handle HNI and Ultra-HNI client interactions and maintain long-term relationships.
- Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Ensure end-to-end sales closure including negotiations and documentation.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion plans.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Noida and NCR luxury real estate market trends.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

- 6–10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years in luxury or premium real estate projects.
- Experience managing sales teams and target-driven environments.
- Strong network within Noida/NCR market preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
