- Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Set up and prepare CNC machines for production runs.
- Able to operate laser machine.
- Able to operate bending machine.
- Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Translate technical requirements into machine control instructions or input programs.
- Load raw materials, tools, fixtures, and accessories onto machines.
- Monitor CNC machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs (cleaning, lubrication, tool changes).
- Detect and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
- Complete production documentation, logs, and inspection reports accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards and policies.
- Communicate production needs, issues, and improvements with supervisors and team members.

Experience:
- Bending machine: 1 year (Preferred)
- CNC laser cutting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sheet metal fabrication: 1 year (Preferred)
