We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven F&B Sales Executive to identify and onboard restaurants, cafes, other food & beverage businesses for Adze Studio's digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, client meetings, lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Conduct regular field visits to restaurants, cafes, establishments to introduce Adze Studio's services.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand business requirements and present digital marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the F&B sector.
- Support payment follow-ups and client retention initiatives when required.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing Sales.
- Experience in the F&B, restaurant, or digital marketing industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within Bengaluru preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
