Daffodils English Academy is looking for eligible candidates for filling in the post of Special Educator capable of handling both juniors and seniors. Fooding and lodging will be provided from school free of cost.
Special educators must support students with diverse learning, physical needs by developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapting curriculum, and using specialized instructional techniques. Key roles include assessing student progress, collaborating with parents and staff, and fostering inclusive, safe, and productive classroom environments.
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
- Individualized Instruction: Create, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Curriculum Modification: Adapt general education lessons to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
- Assessment & Progress Monitoring: Evaluate student performance regularly to track progress and identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Collaboration: Work with parents, general educators, and specialists (therapists, psychologists) to support student needs.
- Behavioral Support: Implement positive behavioral strategies to maintain focus and manage challenges in the classroom.
- Advocacy & Support: Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment while advocating for the necessary resources for students.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Patience and Empathy: Ability to understand and support students facing challenges.
- Organization: Managing detailed, legally required documentation for student progress.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to assist students, which may involve lifting or moving within the classroom

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
