We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to support our sales and business development activities.
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller / Business Development Executive to connect with prospective clients, generate leads, schedule product demonstrations, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in the IT or software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the company's software products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, email follow-ups, and online platforms.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM or Excel databases.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients to nurture business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports and update management on progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Industry Preference: Previous experience in an IT, Software, SaaS, or Technology company is highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior exposure to software product sales, ERP, hospitality software, SaaS solutions, or IT services will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
