Business Growth & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B, B2C, and institutional outreach.
- Develop strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations.
- Promote AquaTech’s training programs, workshops, certifications, CoEs, and IT services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Coordinate with institutional authorities, HR departments, and decision-makers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with digital marketing and operations teams for campaign execution.
- Participate in promotional events, workshops, seminars, and recruitment drives.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, telecalling, and field visits.
- Represent AquaTech Foundation professionally in external meetings.
Strategic Operations
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, MoUs, and partnership documents.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and business analytics.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support expansion into new domestic and international markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or corporate relations.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
