We are seeking qualified and dedicated Middle School Teachers for Social Studies and Science who can deliver concept-based, engaging instruction and support students in developing strong academic foundations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective lessons in Social Studies and/or Science as per the ICSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, projects, and assessments.
- Use activity-based and experiential learning approaches.
- Encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and application of concepts.
- Assess student learning and maintain academic records.
- Provide remedial and additional academic support where required.
- Monitor student progress and communicate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning.
- Contribute to school projects, exhibitions, activities, and co-curricular programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the overall academic development of students.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate Degree in the relevant subject from a recognised university.
- For Science: B.Sc./equivalent relevant degree.
- For Social Studies: B.A./equivalent relevant degree in subjects such as History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, etc.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Relevant Middle School teaching experience preferred.
- ICSE curriculum experience will be an advantage.
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
