Job Description : 1. Endpoint Management Administrator\\\\r\\\\nRole Summary\\\\r\\\\nThe Endpoint Management Administrator is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise Windows endpoints across physical, virtual, and cloud-managed environments. The role focuses on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, operating system deployment, application packaging, patch management, and automation.\\\\r\\\\nCore Technical Skills\\\\r\\\\n• Microsoft Intune Administration\\\\r\\\\n• Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)\\\\r\\\\n• Windows 10/11 Endpoint Administration\\\\r\\\\n• Windows Autopilot Provisioning\\\\r\\\\n• Golden Image Management\\\\r\\\\n• Operating System Deployment (OSD)\\\\r\\\\n• Application Packaging and Deployment (Win32, MSI, Store Apps)\\\\r\\\\n• Patch and Update Management\\\\r\\\\n• Co-Management (SCCM + Intune)\\\\r\\\\n• PowerShell Automation\\\\r\\\\n• Microsoft Graph Fundamentals\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n• Manage endpoint provisioning, deployment, refresh, and retirement processes.\\\\r\\\\n• Build and maintain Windows golden images and task sequences.\\\\r\\\\n• Administer Intune device enrollment, configuration profiles, and application deployment.\\\\r\\\\n• Manage SCCM collections, software distribution, operating system deployment, and reporting.\\\\r\\\\n• Implement and support Windows Autopilot deployments.\\\\r\\\\n• Package, test, deploy, and update enterprise applications.\\\\r\\\\n• Manage Windows patching, update rings, maintenance windows, and compliance reporting.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshoot endpoint deployment, software installation, and operating system issues.\\\\r\\\\n• Support hardware refresh and endpoint lifecycle management.\\\\r\\\\n• Develop PowerShell scripts for endpoint automation and operational efficiency.\\\\r\\\\nPreferred Experience\\\\r\\\\n• 7+ years managing enterprise Windows endpoints.\\\\r\\\\n• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with Windows imaging, application packaging, patch management, and automation.\\\\r\\\\nPreferred Certification\\\\r\\\\n• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n
