Job Description
Media Tech Temple is hiring dedicated and confident Malayalam Tele-Callers to join our growing Work From Home team. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to customers and collect feedback regarding vehicle services.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound feedback calls to customers.
* Communicate professionally in Malayalam.
* Record and report customer feedback accurately.
* Maintain call quality and professionalism during interactions.
* Ensure daily targets and commitments are met.
* There should be no private communication with customers or candidates for work-related purposes.
Hardware & Skill Requirements
* Must own a laptop or desktop.
* USB headphones (BPO type) are mandatory.
* Stable Wi-Fi or broadband internet connection with a speed of 80+ Mbps.
* Electricity backup is required.
* Good communication skills in Malayalam.
* Basic Hindi and English understanding.
* Basic computer knowledge and comfort with using calling software.

Training & Joining Details
* Online training will be provided for 4 to 5 days (Unpaid).
* Training timing will be the same as working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
* Candidates must attend training regularly.
* There will be no leave during the training period without prior notice.
* If a candidate takes leave without notice, they may be disqualified from the training immediately.
* The trainer will evaluate the candidate's performance.
* Final joining will be confirmed only after trainer approval.
* Once the trainer confirms that the candidate is ready to make calls, the joining process will be completed.
* After confirmation, the Offer Letter will be sent to the candidate's email address within 15 days.
* After training, daily work commitments will be assigned and may increase weekly.
* The team will provide support to help candidates achieve their commitments.
* Personal phones cannot be used for official customer calls.
* The company will provide dedicated telecalling software.
* Access to the candidate's laptop may be required to install and configure the telecalling software.
