About the Role
Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive (Compliance) to manage statutory compliances, contract labour administration, labour law adherence, and regulatory liaison activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of labour legislation, statutory filings, contractor compliance management, and government authority coordination. Exposure to payroll processing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Handle end-to-end compliance related to:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employees' State Insurance (ESIC)
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Shops & Establishment Act
- Factories Act and other applicable labour legislations.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, notices, and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and remittances.
Contract Labour Management
- Monitor and manage compliance of contract labour deployed through manpower contractors.
- Verify contractor documentation including labour licenses, PF, ESIC, wage registers, attendance records, and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
- Conduct regular audits of contractor records and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely wage payments and statutory contributions.
Government & Labour Authority Coordination
- Liaise with Labour Officers, Factory Inspectors, PF Authorities, ESIC Officials, and other regulatory bodies.
- Represent the organization during inspections, audits, inquiries, and statutory assessments.
- Prepare and submit required documentation during government inspections.
- Track changes in labour laws and advise management on compliance requirements.
Audit & Documentation
- Support internal, statutory, and compliance audits.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, registrations, renewals, and statutory filings.
- Ensure all compliance-related documents are readily available for review and inspection.
- Prepare compliance MIS reports and dashboards for management.
Payroll
- Monthly payroll processing by validating attendance, statutory deductions, and compliance-related payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory deductions through payroll.
- Payroll reconciliations and statutory reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Labour Welfare qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Compliance, Statutory Compliance, and Contract Labour Management.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, FMCG, or Industrial organizations will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Industrial Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factories Act, LWF, Bonus, and other statutory compliances.
- Experience in handling labour inspections and government authority interactions.
- Understanding of payroll processes and statutory deductions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
