- Lead and manage overall HR operations for outlets, production units, and corporate office.
- Develop and implement HR policies, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
- End-to-end hiring, onboarding, training, and workforce planning.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Monitor staff performance appraisal systems and support employee development programs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR records, documentation, and legal compliance.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and operational support.
- Build a positive work culture aligned with the brand values of Renyc Cakes & Puff.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates on staffing and performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
