Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and design customized travel itineraries.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and holiday packages.
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, sightseeing, travel insurance, and visa services.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport providers, and other suppliers.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, and travel documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to prepare attractive travel itineraries and quotations.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM, Online Booking Portals).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. These are commonly expected competencies for travel consultants across the industry.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
