- Oversee and manage all aspects of the household's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Provide personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service to the principals and their guests, including serving meals and beverages, and attending to personal requests.
- Manage and supervise other household staff (e.g., housekeepers, chefs, drivers), including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate and execute formal dining services, including table setting, silver service, and wine pairing.
- Manage the principals' wardrobes, including packing, unpacking, garment care, and inventory.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, coordinating with external vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
- Plan and execute private events, parties, and gatherings, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
- Manage household inventories, including provisions, linens, and fine china, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations for the principals.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all household affairs and personal information.
