About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in sales and business development, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Explain our products/services and address customer queries.
- Follow up with potential customers to drive conversions.
- Schedule meetings or demo sessions for interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Any stream).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Confident in speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
