Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (Male/Female) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating laboratory equipment and performing a wide range of diagnostic tests with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain fully automatic and semi-automatic biochemistry analyzers.
- Perform tests using haemolyser and urine analysis machines.
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory investigations as per standard protocols.
- Ensure proper sample collection, labeling, and processing.
- Maintain accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Follow all laboratory safety and infection control guidelines.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation of tests performed.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of all laboratory tests and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with biochemistry analyzers (fully and semi-automatic).
- Familiarity with haemoanalyser and urine analysis machines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum 02 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply).
Salary:
- As per experience and qualifications.
