A factory civil engineer plans, designs, and supervises the construction, expansion, and daily maintenance of industrial buildings, production plants, heavy equipment foundations, and utility infrastructure. They ensure all structures comply with safety standards, stay on budget, and meet production needs.
- Infrastructure Management: Supervise the construction of factory sheds, warehouses, offices, heavy machinery foundations, and roads.
- Site Supervision: Monitor daily site work, material quality, and contractor performance to match approved blueprints.
- Design & Planning: Review civil drawings, prepare bill of quantities (BOQs), and use CAD software for structural updates.
- Utility Integration: Coordinate layouts for drainage, effluent treatment plants (ETP), fire water tanks, and pipelines.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict workplace safety rules and local environmental statutory regulations.
- Budget & Reporting: Track project costs, verify contractor bills, and report progress to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
