Role Overview:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning. This role requires a proactive professional who can balance administrative efficiency with people-centric engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and salary negotiations.
- Handle administrative tasks including payroll and salary processing.
- Maintain strong understanding of employee relations and HR policies.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in training coordination and performance management processes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Understanding of End-to-End recruitment cycle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and digital recruitment platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
