About the Role
Luxridge Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for high-rise building construction projects across the market and possess a proven track record of hiring technical and engineering professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Recruit for technical and engineering positions, including:
-Planning Engineers
-Quantity Surveyors (QS)
-QA/QC Engineers
-Design Engineers
-Site Engineers
-Project Engineers
-Project Managers
-MEP Design Engineers
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency assessments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain recruitment reports, ATS records, and hiring metrics.
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
Experience recruiting for construction preferred.
Strong network of engineering and construction professionals.
