About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of End-to-End Recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing through various recruitment channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong recruitment internship experience may also apply.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Odia is mandatory.
- Must have a laptop and stable internet connection.
