About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Flavourist to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing flavour solutions for various food and beverage applications while meeting customer requirements, market trends, and quality standards.
This role requires expertise in flavour formulation, product development, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities-
· Develop and create flavour formulations independently for various food and beverage applications.
· Create customized flavour solutions, including flavour duplications, new flavour creations, and modifications to existing flavour profiles.
· Optimize flavour formulations to reduce costs while maintaining product quality and desired taste profiles.
· Convert natural flavours into artificial flavours and vice versa based on project requirements.
· Provide technical flavour-related support to internal teams and external customers.
· Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality expectations.
· Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Sales & Marketing, and Production teams to resolve technical issues and support product development activities.
· Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure cost-effective sourcing and quality of raw materials.
· Prepare technical analyses, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders and customers.
· Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new ingredients in flavour development.
Qualifications & Experience-
· M.Sc. in Food Technology or an equivalent qualification.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in flavour creation and flavour development.
· Strong knowledge of flavour ingredients, formulation techniques, and food & beverage applications.
· Experience in handling customer projects and technical troubleshooting.
· Good understanding of food industry regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
· Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
