Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Consultant with Strong English communication skills to handle client interactions, understand customer requirements, conduct site visits, and convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable renovation solutions
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Coordinate with designers and estimators for quotations and designs
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Update lead and sales status regularly in CRM/Excel
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Two-wheeler preferred for site visits
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in interior design or renovation sales
- Ability to understand drawings and layouts
- Strong customer handling and closing skills
