Your Role
As a Business Development Partner, you will:
- Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build relationships with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Understand the prospect's initial business requirements.
- Introduce qualified prospects to the SCTG Global team.
- Help move opportunities toward a discovery call or proposal.
Our technical and management team will support qualified opportunities with:
- Requirement discovery
- Solution consultation
- Technical discussions
- Proposal preparation
- Project estimation
- Project delivery
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals with experience or strong interest in:
- B2B Sales
- Business Development
- Lead Generation
- Client Acquisition
- Agency Sales
- Technology or Software Sales
You should be confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers and comfortable working independently.
Commission & Earnings
- 15% commission on successfully closed and collected project revenue
- No fixed salary
- No earning cap
- Flexible, remote working model

For example, if a project worth ₹2,00,000 is successfully closed and the payment is received, you can earn up to ₹30,000 in commission, subject to the agreed commission terms.
