Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Senior Telesales Consultants to handle outbound calls to pre-qualified digital leads for Home Loans and Balance Transfer products. This role involves converting qualified leads into customers while providing excellent customer service. No cold calling is involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pre-qualified digital leads.
- Explain home loan and balance transfer products to customers.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of outbound telesales experience.
- Experience in banking, financial services, home loans, or loan sales is preferred.
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Half-Day)
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
