Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across its portfolio of international fashion brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance product knowledge, selling skills, operational excellence, and customer experience while building a culture of continuous learning across retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute retail training strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal product launches.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and develop targeted learning interventions.
- Create engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver training on selling skills, customer service, grooming standards, and operational processes.
- Coach store teams and managers to improve productivity, leadership capabilities, and customer experience.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions using interactive learning methods.
- Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Maintain training records, calendars, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing training and capability-building programs.
- Prior experience in the apparel retail industry or international consumer-facing brands is preferred.
- Certification in Learning & Development or Training Management is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
