Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients..
- Explain company services and offerings to prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into successful closures.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
- German Language skills would be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in tele-sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools.
