- Attend and transfer phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails/couriers
- Maintain visitor records and office files

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
- Presentable and professional personality
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
