Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain work schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project managers.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Verify measurements and prepare quantity calculations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions at the site.
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage.
- Review and maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and budgeting activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
- Ensure project completion within the specified timeline and budget.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of civil construction methods and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and structural works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of site execution experience (depending on role level).
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
