Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) / Online Bidder who can generate business through online bidding portals such as:
- Upwork
- Freelancer
- Guru
- Fiverr
- PeoplePerHour
- Other freelancing platforms
This is a target-based role, and the candidate will be responsible for acquiring new projects and clients for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other portals
- Write customized proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with clients via chat/call to understand project scope
- Convert leads into long-term clients
- Coordinate with technical team (Developers & SEO team)
- Maintain bidding records and daily reports
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in bidding on Upwork / Freelancer portals
- Good understanding of Website Development & SEO services
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to analyze client requirements
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Salary & Benefits
- ₹6,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
