4. Inventory Coordination & Material Planning
•
Coordinate with plant stores and production teams to ensure material availability.
•
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
•
Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and JIT (Just-In-Time) inventory practices.
5. Compliance & Reporting
•
Ensure adherence to ISO, GST, taxation, and regulatory compliance in procurement.
•
Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, contracts, and supplier evaluations.
•
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly procurement reports to management.

Key Requirements:
•
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
•
4+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or purchasing in the manufacturing industry.
•
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.) and purchase order management.
•
Experience in sourcing engineering components, raw materials, and industrial consumables.
•
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
•
Experience in genset, acoustic enclosure, or heavy engineering industry procurement.
•
Familiarity with import/export documentation and global sourcing.
•
Understanding of cost-saving techniques and procurement best practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
