Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to expand our dealer and distributor network and drive bulk sales growth. This is a high-ownership role that requires an individual who can independently manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and relationship management.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of building strong business relationships while consistently delivering revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
Dealer & Distributor Network Development
Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's distribution network across assigned territories.
Build long-term partnerships that contribute to sustainable business growth.
End-to-End Sales Management
Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Generate and qualify leads through market research, referrals, and networking activities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent conversion of opportunities into business.
Bulk Sales & Business Growth
Drive bulk orders from dealers, retailers, institutions, and other B2B customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities and business segments for expansion.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.
Address dealer concerns promptly and strengthen long-term engagement.
After-Sales Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for dealer support after sales.
Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, production, and accounts to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.
Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Gather dealer feedback and provide actionable insights to management.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Daily Sales Activities
Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls and follow-ups.
Schedule dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
Consistently work toward exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
36 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in dealer/distributor management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and business development.
Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently.
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Willingness to travel for dealer meetings and business development
